Deeper questioning
Psychosynthesis is a transpersonal psychology working at depth. All experience, from the beginning of life, plays a role in the development and functioning of our personality, often unconsciously. From early childhood we learn to adapt to our environment, often at cost to more creative, vulnerable and unique aspects of the Self. Learning how we have been limited in our potential and wellbeing through past conditioning enables the development of new, fulfilling ways of living.
Psychosynthesis therapy aims to identify distress within the personality, and to work towards integrating all aspects of the person, some of which have become wounded or distorted.
